Thrilled to share that our project Albion Court will be featured on America ByDESIGN™ — airing Episode 9, Saturday April 25th at 9pm EDT on CBS News.

America ByDESIGN™ showcases outstanding design and architecture from across the country, and we’re honored that Albion Court has been selected to be part of it.

About the Project:

Albion Court is a set of three townhomes tucked into a narrow infill site in San Francisco’s Mission District. Sharing its parcel with Tivoli Hall — a historic union hall later converted to housing — the 7,000 square-foot building consists of three distinct 3-bedroom dwellings organized around a courtyard that serves as a common entry space for both the old and new buildings.

Each home features a dynamic multi-level cross section with multiple exposures to the street, rear yard garden, and courtyard. The new architecture dances with its historic Victorian neighbor, recalling bay windows, abstracted sailing ships, and floral motifs.
